Halftone Edtion - Montrous Tripod in Orange - INVERTED (Test Print)

War of the Worlds fine art print. This is a halftone - INVERTED - edition (test print) of my "Monstrous Tripod in Orange" inspired by HG Wells' seminal sci-fi classic first published in 1898. 

The halftone effect transforms the page into small dots - similar to news/comic book print. I have used this effect to reflect the idea of the microscopic creatures that swarm and multiply...and ultimately bring about the downfall of the martian invaders. 

I have inverted the original orange print to give a light blue. 

This is the page in which the narrator - and reader - first witness the Monstrous Tripods.  The opening line of the novel “No one would have believed…” can be seen in the background.
