I work with the physical pages of books, using cutting, folding and reconstruction to explore the relationship between the written word and the paper that carries it.
Some works emerge from the stories themselves. Others explore what happens when words are removed, concealed or displaced, altering how a page is read and understood.
For me, the book is both the subject and the material.
