Original paper cut from Stephen King's debut novel Carrie.
I've used the pages in which Carrie unleashes hell on her prom classmates. The cut out letters at the bottom of the page read: "And then the world exploded." [a line from the novel]
I have overlayed the cut out with an A3 transparency onto which the blood effect is printed.

Firestarter by Stephen King. Hand cut original papercut featuring Keith Flint. I have used cut out letters to create the line "Chalie says never play with matches". A nod to The Prodigy's iconic track Charly. The main character from King's novel is also called Charlie - and she sets things on fire with her mind. Absolutely bad ass. Work comes framed in an elaborate black frame (pictured).
