H.P. Lovecraft// "The Call of Cthulhu" Limited Edition Green Papercut
The Call of Cthulhu papercut. This is my version of Lovecraft's ancient god - with a dragon head, octopus tentacles, and wings. Cut from 4 pages of Lovecraft's novel The Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories. The pages featured in each papercut will come from any page/story within the book.
The line “I felt myself on the edge of the world; peering over the rim into a fathomless chaos of eternal night.” has been cut from the discarded page and has been added to the artwork.
Parts of the papercut [tentacles, horns, and wings] are raised from the surface. You can see the shadow cast. This gives the artwork life and depth and allows you to further see the inticate details of the papercut.
LIMITED EDITION
Limited to a run of only 500 editions. Each signed and numbered. Each artwork will use unique pages from Lovecraft's collection so no two will be the same. Image is used for reference only.
POSTING
The artwork must be framed for posting. This is due to the fragile nature of the artwork. There is a free off-the-shelf acrylic frame which is adequate. However, I would recommend chooisng the hand made frames as these are professionally made wooden frames and are superior in quality.

Artwork is A3
Green grunge background is giclee printed using Epson archival pigement inks.
Free acrylic frame or Professionally framed in a handmade, open grain, wooden box frame with glass (off-white or black)
Frame size is approx 44cm x 32cm x 4.5cm
Allow approx. 10 days for delivery.
