Pride and Prejudice Derbyshire Map in Dark Green
Jane Austen's 1813 classic Pride & Prejudice art print.
I have dissected this page to reveal the outline of the UK county of Derbyshire - a theme running through Pride & Prejudice and mentioned in the last line of the book. I have also cut out letters from this page and used them in the order they were found on the page to create the opening line of the novel:
"It is a truth universally acknowledged that a man in possession of a good fortune must be in need of a wife."
SIZE AND FINISH:
- Printed onto 215gsm fine art paper
- Available in A5, A4, A3
- Unframed
FRAMING FAQs
-
My hand made frames are made locally by Jonathan at Peakland Arts. I strongly believe in supporting the local economy.
My free acrylic frames are standard off-the-shelf frames.
-
All our hand made frames are wood made from sustainable sources. I use an open grain frame moulding.
Acrylic frames are acrylic (plastic).
I also plant a tree for every artwork purchased over £10.
-
All our frames use real glass. I don't like acrylic/plastic glazing as it scratches very easily.
-
I offer black or off-white colour frames.
-
I plant a tree for every artwork over £10 purchased from my store. You can check out my forest HERE
