War of the Worlds Tripod art print. The HG Wells’ sci-fi classic. This is my original Tripod print: the one that started it all.

It's the page in which Martian Tripods descend upon escaping ships. All cut out letters stay in the same order as they were found on the page and make up the opening line: “No one would have believed…”

The page number is the first publication date of 1898.
