If you wish to enter any of my competitions for free then you must send an unenclosed hand written postcard via the post with your personal information so I can identify you stating: Which competition you would like to take part in (written exactly as it is below), along with your personal details as follows;

Any entries that fail to follow the criteria mentioned above will be void as per any paid entry received.

Article 1: General

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our
Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to
specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the
Site or from James Voce // artist.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or
otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these
Terms of Service.

Article 2: Competition Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The
Promoter" refers to James Voce //artist whose Instagram handle is
@jamesvoceartist and Facebook handle is @jamesvoceartwork. The
"Prize" refers to three (3) prizes:

1 x A3 framed papercut artwork: Firestarter

1 x A3 framed papercut artwork: Pennywise

1 x A3 framed papercut artwork: Don’t Look Now

3 x runner up prizes: Close Encounters of the Third Kind, A3,
fine art print

All created by James Voce.

Actual frames may vary from those pictured.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midnight on 27th April
2025.

6 winners (6) will be selected at random by James
Voce//artist on Monday 30th September and all winners will be notified on
or after this date by email.

The Promoter's competition entry is via https://jamesvoce.uk/pages/april-25-competitions
and is open only to residents aged 18+ of Great Britain .

Six winners (6) will be chosen at random from all entrants
registered on https://jamesvoce.uk/pages/april-25-competitions
up until midnight on 27th April 2025.

Entrants must remain subscribed to https://jamesvoce.uk
mailing list in order to be added to the list of entrants. Winners cannot be
contacted if they unsubscribe.

Multiple entries are allowed. Entrants have a chance of
winning more than 1 prize if they have bought more than one ticket. Winning
numbers (tickets) will be excluded from further draws.

No purchase necessary. Entrants may enter the Competition
for free by sending their entry on a unenclosed hand written postcard in the
post to the below address stating: (i) The Competition the Entrant wishes to
take part in,(ii) the Entrants full name, postal address, email address, mobile
phone number and date of birth. The address is: James Voce// artist, Keswick
Cottage, Wensley, Derbyshire DE4 2LJ. All free entries must be received before
the draw date of the relevant Competition. All details are required to be
either typed or very clearly written. James Voce// artist reserves the right to
not enter entrants into the competitions if the relevant member of staff cannot
read the entrants writing on their postal entry. If James Voce// artist receive
one letter through post containing multiple entries this will not comply with
the above Terms and Conditions and will not be entered.

Entries can only be made for single entrants. Entries cannot
be made on behalf of other parties. James Voce// artist reserves the right to
void any entries if they believe someone is using multiple names to enter a
Competition more than the maximum number of entries per person for that
specific Competition. This applies to both paid Entries via the Website and
free Entries via post.

Employees of James Voce// artist are not eligible to enter. Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter (or any other social media platform used to promote the
giveaway) are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via https://jamesvoce.uk/pages/april-25-competitions
 registering their full name and email
address.

The Prizes will be awarded randomly to 6 randomly selected
winners who have entered via https://jamesvoce.uk/pages/april-25-competitions
using a random number generator in the form of an electronic 'Duck Race'.

For each ticket bought, or free entry postcard via post, the
entrant will be entered into a single draw.

The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize
becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any
failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or
otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s
liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and
conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. To the
extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or
in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for
any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered
by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably
foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and
the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence,
breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and
non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes
unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that
prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

Winner/s have 14 days from being notified by email to claim
their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time, the winner forfeits
the right to their win.

The name, address, email address and phone number of
the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be
shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

​In the
event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the
promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or
without notice.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be
entered into.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on
the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
