1984 black book art. This is not a print; it is an original page torn from George Orwell's seminal dystopian masterpiece Nineteen Eighty-Four. It is in fact page 79.

I have used a scalpel to hand cut four overlapping eyes each with a number in the centre making up the date 1984. I have also placed the page number '79' in the bottom right.

This beautiful and unique 1984 artwork is 30cm x 40cm in size, and comes with the pictured champagne coloured mount. The background is high quality charcoal black mount board.
