Description & Technique

Mort original, hand cut, papercut from Terry Pratchett's novel Mort. I have taken 4 pages from Pratchett's novel and used them to create the image of DEATH fishing - complete with sun glasses. The pages also reference the moment we witness Death fishing.

I have hand cut letters to create the line "Gone Fishing" at the bottom of the page.

Book pages have been adhered to a black background which has been printed using Epson archival pigment inks.

This papercut arrives framed and ready to hang.

Professionally framed by a local framer. All our frames are handmade, open grain, wooden box frames. Box frames provide a space between the glass and artwork.

Frame size is approx 44cm x 32cm x 4.5cm.
