War of the Worlds// "Exodus From London" Framed Floating Papercut PROOF
War of the worlds A3 papercut artwork. A monstrous Tripod looms over a doomed city choked with red weed. The papercut floats 5mm above the grunge black and red background. This results in a multi-dimensional artwork with life and depth. Spray painted metallic black - which glitters - together with white speckles to give a celestial sky effect.
POSTING
The artwork must be framed for posting. This is due to the fragile nature of the artwork. There is a free off-the-shelf acrylic frame which is adequate. However, I would recommend chooisng the hand made frames as these are professionally made wooden frames and are superior in quality.
SIZE AND FINISH
Artwork is A3
Red Background is giclee printed using Epson archival pigement inks.
Spray-painted metallic black
Free acrylic frame or Professionally framed in a handmade, open grain, wooden box frame with glass (off-white or black)
Frame size is approx 44cm x 32cm x 4.5cm
Allow approx. 10 days for delivery if framing.
